Yes, it's another "the good guys are actually bad and the bad guys are just trying to servive", but it's actually a really good Slay the Spire like. The 3 floors aren't too overwhelming, and the upgrades between each fight keep you going. Overall a good game.

Although my experience with DosBox gog games have been very good, this one is an old XP game and runs very poorly on Vista and up. Wasted a lot of time configuring it to get it to run only to have it only work in a tiny part of my monitor. If windowed mode worked it might be ok, but it's too small to use for an extended period of time.

It's ok, as far as adventure games go. I thought the ending was very disappointing, especially after all you have to go through to get there. You are in the same location for most of the game, with decent puzzles and story but it gets very old being in the same place for so long. It goes downhill from there though with a story that becomes more and more random, unresolved side threads, and puzzles that stump you not because you couldn't put the clues together but because there were no clues at all (the old "put this random object on a random spot and suddenly everything works" puzzle). Do yourself a favor and skip this one. The first is pretty good though.
