what is there to add to a game thats legendary?? oh this.....DO NOT PASS IT UP !
it may not be as fancy, or as big a totalwar but the game is damn good and i have played all the total war expansions and versions. to best describe it would be ; its a combo of Risk, and its own style of Napoleonic styled RTS. theres no micro management of resources and the naval battles can be hard as hell. good graphics and overall, a game i enjoyed buying depsite my owning every TW variation. this is my second time buying this because i missed it. give it a try because yes theres always "better" out there but, "better" does not mean simple fun which why we buy at GoG anyways:) -enjoy
for all those die hard (and not so die hard) fans, give this gem a try. forget good looks; this game is serious fighting and a pure joy to play and appreciate as the AI is great and thanks to immense sources of mods and easy to set up scenarios you can create, infinite replay value. oh and the "looks" part? easily redone with a great set of mods that 'good ol' games" has included :))) beyond this, i won't comment as volumes has been spoken about this game already. Enjoy!
first off i wont add to the rest of whats out there in reviews. this is old yes but the action, eye candy, and drama aside from the detail in this game, put MANY of todays games to shame. now go but this game and hop into the cockpit and then tell me im lying!:D
don't know what the other reviewers were talking about but this one is still has a cult following; for its time it still delivers great graphics and a very very deep rich and Gothic story. just also know there is a mod called VTMB as a companion mod that takes this game to a whole new level.(lol as if the game needs content but it is a fantastic mod) check out Youtube to see it in action. ive played this game many times over and there is always something new its just that deep. for you all vampyre lovers out there, this is it and for RPG fans in general?? lol you wont find too many games that are this well made... enjoy the darkness:)))
