When it comes to realistic RPG, I don't think anything comes close to this game. The graphics and the gameplay are just amazing. It seems to have over 100 hours of content to explore. The start and the learning curve are steep, especially if you're used to killing dozens of enemies single-handedly. Here, combat situations are very realistic, and you have to practice a lot and make effort before you can even kill your first bandit (it may be well over 20 hours in the game), but this makes later game so much more rewarding. That's a 10/10 game for sure!
Very interesting mix of city building, survival and roguelite. Smooth, intuitive and rewarding gameplay, very well designed. It somewhat keeps you on the edge with random events and environmental hostility. Unfortunately, it gets repetitive pretty quickly and the variety between game rounds is negligable, so I can't imagine playing it for a prolonged period of time.
This game seems to be the best effort of Frogwares so far in their exploitation of the Sherlock Holmes trademark. If you want to get only one of their games, get this one. It has nice gameplay and controls, the graphics are very pretty, and the maps are beutiful places to explore. The script of the cases is as ridiculous as always, but there are many good moments. Overall, it was quite enjoyable!
