Redneck Rampage Collection

I had zero fun playing this...

I have never played this game before so I look at it from today's perspective which may be a little bit unfair but I bought it because I recognized the title and I had a little bit of a spare time to waste. But DEAR GOD it was AWFUL! Everything in this game is TERRIBLE. Graphics is sooo ugly that it hurts my eyes and everything looks literally the same which only adds to the overall confusion. Level design is boring and tedious, keys are hidden soo randomly that there is no way to not get lost (and bored) at some point. Gunfights and the entire combat system is very random and every single fight is like rolling a dice where nothing depends on your skill. Sometimes you kill an enemy without getting hit sometimes you waste 20 bullets and half hp to a basic shotgunner. Save/Load spam after every single fight is a must especially that sometimes you may die just randomly for no reason. (f.e. to a car on the first map). On top of that controls are very old-fashion and for a modern player simply unplayable (f.e. you jump with A, mouse is not used at all, Space is opening doors etc.). The game tries to be funny but for a European, it won't be easily understandable. Maaaybe if you are an American and you like country music and redneck setting you can add one single star to the review for humour. Maybe... To sum up: It tries to be Duke 3D but fails miserably. It is worse than everything I have played. Go buy Doom, Duke, or some modern games done in this technology (f.e.Ion Fury). Don't waste your time on this. Believe me, I really tried to play this game but could not stand it for more than an hour.
