Cheap shot CDPR. How Red Launcher coexists with your no DRM policy? It should be optional to use not launching automatically to launch the game. I am really disappointed. You trying to be new Activision then just say so and avoid backlash and disappointment. Facepalm moment if you ask me. Fire the guy that thought it wa a good idea before it's too late.
Honestly inability to correctly tell the real difficulty of the missions is taking all my fun away. I can't properly prepare my team for the mission. I feel cheated and when i get jumped by 3 lances of heavily armed mech in the mission that supposed to be a cakewalk Or for example bese defence missions where enemy just B-lines straight for the buildings with no care for their own wellbeing. It's impossible to stop 8 mechs from destroying a single building if they just ignore you. I really wan't to like this game but I end up feeling like this game is just wasting my time and pissing me off.
I just want to say up front that i like the game BUT - I'm sorry it feels unfinished\unpolished. Elements of the game like missing portraits of pretty large number of NPCs, rough UI, leveling pace it just feels a bit off. I hope Owlcat will fix that soon cause i really dig the athmosphere. I am just comaprying it to WOTR made by the dame studio - the difference in quiality is obvious. I promis to change it to 5 stars as soons as i see the improvement.
Game is very interesting and fun but it is so poorly coded that sometime i feel like i am being DDoSed by the game. Espacially in the mid to late game. Im playing on Ryzen 7 3800x and 32g of ram so it's not a weak machine. It would be nice if devs would put some time in technical side of things for a while.
