I remember this one having awesome sFX and pretty good level design (especially inside buildings). Also the weapons where quite fun to use. A bit hard at times but still awesomely funny back then. I will give it a play again, thank you GOG! : ) Blood by Monolith is my favourite build-game, Duke for multiplayer matches. Oh my ... the times.
