By the time of the sequel, all the mechanics of the first game have been overdone and the way the game sidetracks you generates friction in the player. Also, the game would've benefited from a fixed camera angle and not one that you need to keep adjusting.
A bit dated top down alien shooter. Controls are fine once you get used to the horizonal rotation. Has a story that's told in between levels with comic panels. The only thing I didn't like was that I'd get sidetracked too many times. Just as I think I'm gonna finish the level this thing is broken and I need to go back and get push a button or fetch something. Not bad, but not great either.
