I have written this review solely because I cannot stand seeing people entitled to having indie games for 1 usd and lashing out when they don't. The launch price is high, sure, but it is indie, it will be in bundles, bargain bins in no time. Also, how is price of a game at all relevant to its quality? And why do we even have rating averages?

I have finished it twice on "normal" which is no small feat as the difficulty is actually pretty hard. The game is brutal and unrelenting, one constantly struggles with deficits of ammo, health, food and equipment fighting progressively harder monsters, some of which can be almost unfair. You can decipher story/recipe messages, level up different skills and craft a variety of items. The game is well-polished, is - as of this review - regularly updated and they are planning an expansion. Oh, and there is a demo elsewhere.
