A turn-based strategy game using the familiar hexagonal map system. Very easy to play, but will take time to master if you are new to the Panzer General franchise. Works beautifully on Windows 11. Raster graphics kinda clunky as expected of a 24 year old product, but they do not detract from the appeal. I started playing the Panzer General games on a 3DO gaming console in 1995 and I was instantly hooked. Thank you GOG team for bringing back wonderful memories.
Well what can I say. A game that defined a generation of first person shooters. The impact is still felt 17 years later as the story continues with the sequels for PC and consoles. Besides a great story-line that appeals to most young people, this game has a multi-player module that was very innovative and unique for the time.
