A decent remake of the beloved 30 year old game. I appreciated the improvements to movement, combat and the camera. But that's about all it achieves; in no way is this a 2024 game, even by indie standards. The AI is poor (just like the original), but the writing and voice acting are even worse. A host of minor snags, like how the boats travel only in straight lines, or how the Dino Fly does the 'land' animation before map transitions, illustrate how sloppily this game was developed. Only get this if you loved the original.
