There is no valid reason why a scam should occupy a space where things of value are sold. If this behavior is not prohibited or sanctioned in any way, the result will be a degraded society of thieves, hustlers, cheaters, warlords, ignorance, and despair. No good can come of it. It is entirely the responsibility of regular people to warn each other in such depraved times.
