Seems like I should have read the reviews properly before buying withouth getting swayed by the hype. It was probably said before: The gameplay feels okish but the characters are just bad - toxic political propaganda all over the place, boring characters that are almost imposible to like & even the graphics feels washed out. Was hoping for Balurs Gate revival, but didnt get it. Will probably have to fire up one of the infinity engine games once again. Coming from playing BG1 - 3x; BG2 - 10x; Icewind Dale1 - 1x; Icewind Dale 2 5x; Planescape Torment 1x; Fallout 1 - 10x; Fallout 2 - 6x and getting a foul taste in my mouth from this - hope this helps people who are looking for similar experience
This is one of the best games of all time for me, the fantasy world, the story, the locations, the monsters, items, skills and spells are just great. Love the way you start like absolute nothing that can get eatean by rats and over the course of a looong game you turn into a world ending force of nature that can wipe the whole map of Dragons and Titans. PERFECT game!
Coming from the "Golden" era of M&M (ie 6,7 & 8) this was literally unplayable. Sorry to say that, but don't waste your time and money.
