Perhaps the biggest achievement of this addon is the native Windows support it brings. No more fiddling with the inconvenient DosBox versions of this game anymore. Of course, a great many changes to the base game have been made with this mod on top of it. These changes range from face-lifting, rebalancing, to new mechanics and bug-fixing. They concern each and every part of the core experience, and allow for new ways to play the game. One downside are the garish color choices for some of the new UI elements (mostly buttons) which I hope get addressed down the road.
