The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition

Quite silly game

Well, you get to be a great dragonborn in this title. That is, you are ment to kill dragons and absorb their lifeforce and get some mighty powers. I am now after 'my' second dragon. The first one wasn't really killed by me, but rather by gurads I was with. Yet I took all the credit for the kill. The second flew away, attacked some giant who killed it. I still absorbed it's powers. Now I feel like an impostor. Especially since I fall to some random guys along the river. I don't feel any special climate, nor to follow the main quest. Pity.

Spirit of the Island

No local co-op

Although the game is described as having local coop and split screen, it seems that there is no way to play with another person on the same machine.

Curious Expedition 2 Bundle

Much more than CE!

This game is fantastic! I liked Curious Expeditions much, but it seems bare bones in comaprison to CE2. And I don't mean only graphics. The mechanics are much more developed, with different sponsors of your excursions and many more different pieces of equipment you can take with you. Moreover, there are weapons and weareables you can add to party members via simple RPG-like inventory. There's a lot of fun in this game and I recommend it to all of those, who as a child wanted to discover Atlantis - like myself.

Wartales

Very good game /

Wartales is a very good game. It has almost everything that has made Battle Brothers good plus graphics and mini stories for each region. Your mercs will level up, will have better gear they bought or crafted themselves, they will get better at fighting and at other activities - each of them can have different profession to use in camp or other locations: i.e. minstrell can earn some coin in towns, thief will open locks and steal, miner will gather ore and so on. Most such activities come with their own minigames. All that is fun, and a lot of recipies to unlock mean you will have more fun with them the longer you play. Battles are good, need planning, positioning, taking in mind synnergies between your mercs and their skills and equipment. You will also need numbers, as even the best fighter will get choped to pieces easily if outnumbered. You command a company of mercs, so your main activity is fighting. And that means losing your health and damaging your gear. So you need supplies, and you will have to buy them for money you earned on contracts. Some time it will mean that you will take a contract to dispatch a band of deserters and after that you will go back to town to earn your fee and spend most of it on repairs, medicine and replacements, then take on another contract. Each region has its story, built by your decisions on different occasions. It is nice, but you will have +/- two option on each of story locations. They are fixed, so don't expect a lot of difference if you choose to start your adventure anew. All in all very good game.

Catizens

Too serious

Nice idea, but I dont want to play game with cute cats when those cats can die. Also, characters in game act very dumnb and are hard to manage - i.e when exploring land, second after my character reaches point it starts going back. Very annoying.
