Gra w klimacie czegoś co robiło się w latach 90' ale ze współczesną grafiką. Pojawiasz się jako nie wiadomo kto, nie wiadomo gdzie, bez żadnych wskazówek czy tutoriali. Mroczne lokacje na pograniczu estetyki i klimatu gniazda xenomorfa z Plancape Torment. Marzenie millenialsa. Palce lizać ;)
Ta gra wymiata. Roguelike na 102!
The generation grew up on this title. Maybe there were better stories or mechanics before - like it's predecessor Wasteland, or something from absolutely different areas like TLo Zelda, System Shock or The Elder Scrolls... maybe not tough. Fallout 2 however helped many of us to notice the most important pop-culture figures of that time (all times?) like The Monty Pyton, Sergio Leone, Philip K. Dick, Ridley Scott and many others. Playing the game using other language than ENG (preferably ver. US 1.02e ;) ) is very unfriendly to notice many of such contexts. Every time I'm thinking how F2 impacted my youth and shaped my current perception of film and gaming fan I feel incoming tears of nostalgia at very bottom of my throat...
