I too love the concept, the feel, the take on the zombie apocalypse and spent many hours on this game. But after it all I'm left with a bitter sweet feel. Looking back, it could have been so much more! Starting with the basics, the bugs nearly drove me away. Frankly they were obvious and legion and took away from the enjoyment. Some led me to redo things. Others led me to believe I needed to focus on one side of development. The mechanics could be better - inventory management was a drag, for example, and there are many games on GOG that have gone before this and solved it. Going deeper and without spoiling, some parts were very slap-dash, like the game needed to be wrapped up. Overall, and with benefit of hindsight, I do not think we should reward publishers who put out games that have obvious problems like this one does. I don't regret it but would not recommend it. The overall idea however is very promising, I'd love to see a more polished attempt at it by a developer willing to put more heft into it.
