I always find myself coming back to Tyrian 2000. As a top-down bullet-hell shooter, it just has a classic gameplay that draws me back. Being able to constantly change out equipment, upgrade your ship/shields/generator/weapons, and just have a blast playing through the levels is still fun after more than 20 years. I highly recommend Tyrian, even if not on sale!
