You don't "install" anything, the wallpapers are just .jpg files you download and set as background and the others are .pdfs with QR codes to use to buy items at their respective websites.
this clunky and very short game takes about an hour to finish once you've actually started the game. don't buy it unless it is on a super-deep-bargain-bin-discount.
