For me the controls in other space games were to sluggish or passive. In EVERSPACE everything feels so smooth and flexible. The fighting system felt very intuitive and familiar from the beginning. If you are smart you will stay alive for a long time even without perks. The players skill and creativity is more important to win a fight (or to get away from it). There are so many little "story"-snippets and new generated environments, that i cant stop to play this precious jewel of a game.
