Let me start by saying that I’ve had the House Flipper game since July of 2019 and have thoroughly enjoyed it (until now). The latest version 1.20173 (e87af) is definitely bugged. I would try to hit a wall with the hammer and just get a swishing sound. It would sort of damage the wall but not take it down. When trying to place a couch, it would deduct the money from the account but not put it on the floor. On several occasions, it actually tossed me through the walls of the house and into the yard (while still holding the couch I was trying to place). In my particular case, it wasn’t just the DLC that was bugged. I uninstalled the HGTV AND Garden Flipper, ran the game and still had the same problems with tearing down walls, placing furniture, etc. Might have to start from scratch with no DLCs installed. The game is normally great, but this particular version is definitely damaged. I would hold off on purchasing until the next major patch is released.
At this time I cannot give Summer in Mara (ver. 1.5) a good review. The game is clearly unfinished. I’ve already found 2 very annoying bugs. POSSIBLE SPOILERS (Island of Qalis) – One bug was the mail crabs (quest says to find 5 when there are only 3 on the entire island). Can’t finish the quest until 5 are found. – As for the second bug: if I touch any of the vending machines (I’m assuming that’s what they are), the inventory system gets trashed. I can’t pick up anything, from anywhere, from that point forward. The game has good potential, but they needed to put a little more time and effort into testing it before they released it. As of this version (1.5), I cannot recommend it.
