Total Annihilation: Kingdoms + Iron Plague

Not to be played by anyone sane

This game killed Cavedog Software, compared to TA this was dismal. some of the early maps are not even worth playing you simply click the opposite side of the map and "victory". The GOG convsersion was good, nil issues at all. But the game just isnt worth playing. If you like the TA sereis fine give it a whirl just to say you've done it but seriously, give this one a miss. Story is horrible and narrated even worse, gameplay is chronically disabled and missions objectives are worse than anything ive ever encountered, and i play tonnes of these things.

Betrayal at Krondor Pack

These games should be sold seperatly !

Yes the graphics are old but the gameplay, storyline, character building are exceptional for its time. Anyone who enjoyed reading the magician series will enjoy this. The only down side to it is that some of the sounds dont work, e.g. using stones on swords, music dosent loop on the CD version. Oh and cheating totally ruins the game experience. There is plenty of cash in the game to get by and do quite well using the cheats robbs you of that fun so you may as well as view the storyline on youtube. Now Betrayal of ANTARA... Game play is really slow, slower than Krondor, the NPC interactions are amusing at first but you grow weary shortly after. Some of the dialogue is pretty funny and goes against the grain however other parts tow the line. I cant bring myself to play it any further as it just seems like a shitty version of Krondor (yep i said it) with slightly better graphics. These two games should come seperatly on GOG.
