So i hear you wanna be a boss, no problem now you can. Previous in the Owlcat lineup is kingmaker, Wrath of the righteous and now Rogue Trader. If you are into Isometric RPG's than this one is a no brainer. If you want a taste of what is what kingmaker when on sale is like 5 bucks. They have streamlined the mechanics of what i like to call zone recon.... Open world it is not, however, after the rails in the beginning of the game with the tutorials and such the game starts opening up. When you load an area i call it a zone and get used to holding tab button like alot to find all items hiding in plain sight. After a battle make sure you score all the items laying around major source of leveling is the gear too. I am not gonna spoil it for you.... The Emperor Protects.

i just started it and you can use keyboard and mouse or gamepad, i recommend the gamepad because of how the combat system is. Supporter edition i would also recommend as you get some stuff for the beginning of your journey also the digital book. Its a great book too goes into the lore and how stuff became about. luv it here on gog where you have a month to return it if you not into it.
