Even for free, this Piece of SHIT is just horrible
I wasted good, hard-earned $$$ on this disaster of an attempt to be a game. The controls only work 1/2 the time, and GOD FORBID you try to re-map!!! This game punishes you brutally, and then just kills you off... I have been a gamer for 30+ years and this, out of hundredas of games, is one of the absolute WORST!!! It tempts you to play for hours, then when you have more hours in the game than GOG will refund you, IT ALL-OF-A-SUDDEN BECOMES UNPLAYABLE. THIS IS ROBBERY, and a real sh*tty way to squeeze money out of good, decent gamers. F/U, MOH AND DEVS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You did not outsmart me; you lied, cheated and STOLE FROM ME; IT DOES NOT TAKE ANY BRAINS TO DO THIS! ALL IT TAKES IS THE WILLINGNESS TO STEAL OUTRIGHT. YOU DISGUST ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This game is far too difficult to learn than its worth. An old adage comes to mind, "The juice ain't worth the sqeeze" fits this more suitably. The graphics are pathetic, the quests are pedestrian and the combat is... ughhhh... disgusting. The devs trried to make this game much more than it could ever be by making it so dense in user mechanics. That is to say, it takes more time to learn its horrible design than the worth of actually playing the game. In other words, there is no reward at the end of your learning worth the effort of learning this gabage. My intelligence is insulted, my time and effort are drained, and because of this, I hate my life. I will eventually be better, but this game will not... ever... ughhhh
The controls are just STUPID and the gameplay/combat is ridiculous. It is no surprise to me that thi8s game is on the free rack. It actually should be in the toilet, along with the monies collected unjustly by the devs. SHAME ON YOU, GOG, you wasted a good piece of my life I will never get back
The heck with the music, put your own CD in and listen if you must, and if you can't afford a CD, WTF are ya doin' here???. This version takes Quake I to an entirely new level! Another universe!!! An alternate reality!!! Seriously though; It also honors the OG gamer and OG Devs. Good job, Devs!!!
THIS DEV'S BUTCHERY IS OBSCENE. The adrenalines do not work, the monsters' AI is a butchery and the entire game is a mockery - nay, and INSULT to the original masterpiece, that brought the gaming world to its knees with Q1 and Q2. This is just a pathetic grab at your money with no regard to preservation of content. Hail, even the screen looks awful!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU, DEVS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you buy this game, you get what you deserve, and I have no pity for you. You ALSO foster support for this truly LAME endeavor, which is not only an illicit mockery, but it sits at the very precipace of being illegal plagiarism...
The cars are uncontrollable and this is a HUGE waste of time. I am deleting this horrific excuse of a racing game and never looking back. Bugbear??? Strategy First??? You have lost all of my future business for as long as I draw breath... GFY
I have EVERY major Bethesda title,and this is, by far, the absolute WORST of all of them!!! The controls are counterintuitive, and the story line, blasé at best. I have every single one of the Fallout titles and this is a shameful POS. I am really angry at myself for purchasing this, and even angrier at Bethesda for sucking me in to the game long enough to NOT qualify for a refund. If you like feeling horrible and have a low self-esteem - if you feel you deserve this kind of punishment, then by all means, waste your money here! Don't let ME stop you...
I have not rued spending $1.99US in so many years, but this is just ludicrous. The controls are completely awful and counterintuitive - and that's not to even mention the throwing feature with absolutely no reference to center, making it impossible to achieve even the most remote sense of accuracy. This game is all over the place, and it duped me into thinking it was decent. It's just a POS like most GOG sale offers. Save your money, buy a hooker and a crack pipe, then screw yourself, instead of wasting your time with this haphazard heartbreaker. SHEESH!!!
I am REALLY glad I got this on a freebie giveaway. Otherwise, I would so totally pissed I would be spitting nails. I AM really upset that I played it for as long as I did, really trying to give it a chance, but this title is horrible, I just can't take any more. The UI is trash, the graphics, meh, and the balancing is WAAAYYYY off. I can't even get past, or even CLOSE to be getting past the very first encounter. If you love to be spanked, tortured and mistreated, if you love to lose, if you love cussing at your machine, then by all means, spend your precious money on this game. Me? I love my life... 'nuff said...
