If you liked the Robocop movies, it's worth a buy... even if it's just on sale. If you don't know Robotcop, then take a pass; it's more of a nostagia trip then anything else. The entire game is well designed for the most part, with only a couple exceptions. The first time I got pissed off was having to fight one of those stompy combat robots solo, while inside a very small arena. Arenas generally suck and small ones are vastly worse. Second thing is the game doesn't tell you what all quests are avilable until your debriefing, showing what you got for xp and for quests compelted. You CAN get a power that shows you important points around the map like treasure, etc... but it requires quite a few levels, that you could be putting into more combat oriented skills. Asside from theese, I mostly have praise for this game. It was fun to go through once. I don't think I"ll play it again, but there is an option to play new game plus, where you keep all your gear, etc.... if I ever change my mind.
In the second game, the devs made sure to let the player choose what fetish stuff they participated in. This made me happy. However, at the start of this third game, they force the main character into a chastity device. The MC says no I'm not putting it on, then immediatly changes his mind when the two love interests try to convince him into it. Between the railroading into chastity and the MC apparently having NO willpower, this intro just pissed me off! I quit the game in a rage at this point and deleted it, until a week later when I calmed down and tried going past the horrible chastity device railroading. I ended up being glad I did! This game also has the theme of blackmail, though it is resolved in this third game. I still say it was a dumb premise.... the idea of a kinky sex app would've been interesting enough on it's own! On the upside, the developers have continued to make good looking models, sex scenes and outfits. The music is perfectly appropriate to the game, being ambient most of the time. There's a bunch of different endings, though for some reason I when I tried getting the redhead slavegirl, I kept running into the bad end; it seems impossible to achieve. There's replayabilty if you are willing to, in order to see the other endings. I did that once, got the redheads (mother and daughter), tragic girl who is dying, the cosplay girl and the MC's sister... then got bored and decided I'd played the game enough. I liked the cosplay girl, yet there is no real ending for her; it's just a one page picture with text. Sad, given she was my favorite, expecially in the second game! There is one other thing that is VERY important to this game: Every time you have sex, or do a scene, the game keeps track of it and it contributes HEAVILY to the further games. Meaning you can block yourself out of a LOT of points, options and encounters in the third game, by having refused some of them in the earlier games.
This time around there are signifcantly more kinky events and vastly better costumes. I was fond of the cosplay chic. The character development is also much deeper, while the models remain quite nice. It's quite obvious the devs knowledge of bdsm things and design skill have gone up significantly! However the railroading that was present in the first one, remains in this one.... You have NO say in what girls the character goes after romantically. The only choices you have are choosing to see or not see certain kinks. The game ruiner, the blackmail is still a central part of this game. It takes most of the fun out the game!
