GOG Patron
I've just finished the game. And I can confirm that it's really great. The game is visually superb, with magnificent facial animations of the characters in the cutscenes, which have nothing to envy to those of AAA games (thanks to the UE5 engine). The game is scripted. This seems to limit the gameplay's freedom of approach. But everything remains fluid and enjoyable, even if it seems a little simpler than other commando-type games. There are occasional puzzles. Nothing too complicated, except maybe one or two (I'm bad at puzzles). The story and universe are really the game's strong points. I insist on this (with objects to collect in certain places). And the soundscapes and music are very pleasant. In short, it seems strange to mix a commando-style game with cinematics and a strong narrative component. But it seems to work. I appreciate the studio's risk-taking. To sum up, I highly recommend
EN: If I had to show someone that an NFSW game can be more than just an NFSW game, this would definitely be it. Great story, hard work, fun, drama. Endearing characters who really have their own story, and really great music. Who says an NFSW game can't be a good game? EN: If you like to destroy everything, you'll love this game, because that's exactly what you'll be doing throughout the adventure. I finished it after 85 hours (including DLC). This game is really fun. It's a relatively simple survival game. But if you don't like repetitive games, this might not be the game for you. FR: Si vous aimez tout détruire, vous allez adorer ce jeu, car c'est exactement ce que vous ferez tout au long de l'aventure. Je l'ai terminé après 85 heures (DLC compris). Ce jeu est vraiment amusant. C'est un jeu de survie relativement simple. Mais si vous n'aimez pas les jeux répétitifs, alors celui-ci n'est peut-être pas fait pour vous.
EN: The game is good, but I have to mention that there is a known crash issue in the game. And GOG has never fixed it. In fact, no one has found a solution yet. There are only workarounds to mitigate the risk of crashing. In summary, it appears that the game crashes very often on track 5. It also crashes more often when run in “SVGA” mode. FR: Le jeu est bon, mais je dois mentionner qu'il existe un problème connu de plantage dans le jeu. Et GOG ne l'a jamais corrigé. En fait, personne n'a encore trouvé de solution. Il n'existe que des solutions de contournement pour atténuer le risque de plantage. En résumé, il semble que le jeu plante très souvent sur la piste 5. Il plante également plus souvent lorsqu'il est exécuté en mode « SVGA ».
EN: A game that marked my childhood. Playing locally with my brother on the same PC was awesome. A very fun game that I highly recommend. PS: It would still be nice if GOG offered the native Windows version as a bonus, if possible. At least for preservation purposes. FR: Un jeu qui a marqué mon enfance. Jouer en local avec mon frère sur le même PC était génial. Un jeu très amusant que je recommande vivement. PS : Ce serait quand même sympa si GOG proposait la version Windows native en bonus, si possible. Au moins à des fins de conservation.
