one of the best open source games available.
an extremely polished, fun, and addicting 2d souls-like game. the world building, characters, lore reveal, combat mechanics, exploration, game progression, soundtrack, setting, atmosphere; every part of the game is extremely well executed and fun. even though the combat is very difficult, and i did die many many times to the same boss only to then ragequit, and repeated this cycle multiple times, i kept coming back for more; the combat is very compelling. phenomenal game!
a fun point and click adventure/puzzle game with a cool setting.
the story is surprisingly thought-out and compelling for an eroge game. the combat and gameplay is unimpressive, simple and easy. there are few battles that pose fun challenges and break up the monotonous, repetitive fights. however, the fun characters and great writing make up for that. just beware that, in true Japanese eroge fashion, the game contains some very explicit scenes that some may find disturbing or even traumatic.
