Choose your lightsaber color and hilt and stlye (single, double, two blade) and just go crazy. Be the crazy homicidal Jedi, you must young padawan. Pay no attention to the decapitated stormtroopers you run through... just pursue your destiny, you must. Just enjoy the free controls, you must and scare the stormtroopers and siths like the goodest jedi boy or girl you are, you must. "If you go full sith, die b, you must" -Yodank

Remember when you could board a corvette near a planet's atmosphere, ya know in space, after flying a Jedi starfighter or an x-wing or tie-fights into it and then sabotaging it with bombs you had to pick up enough ammo for firstly and then as you disable it's shields you could leave and then shoot and destroy other components off their fleet like the enemy ship's engine, bridge, cannons, or its accompanying frigates? Yeah. Ty EA for not remaking that thing. And ty for blinding me on Felucia, The new Felucia not this 2004 version where I can see. Ty Ea. Ty my darling...

Play as Delta Squad with one of the first Helmet HUDs in gaming history. Sounds and feels like classic Prequel-age Star Wars from George Lucas and John Williams' Music. This added a grittier tone to SW's more kid friendly story: Droids bleed blue. Super Battledroids are terrifying tanks. Droid's voices are more robotic and less dorky post Episode 1. SBD voices are low and seem like Terminators that walk slowly as they crush you. Ending is Very Memorable. Wookies are EPICLY AWESOME here. As a Clone Commando, you have to play tactically around corners without exposing yourself too much. Note: If you can get a widesceen patch to work - you'll enjoy it much more. Including fov boosts. This game needs those. Yeah.

The Best parts of this game are: +Sneaking around with Cloak engaged with a silenced pistol like the Predator in a jungle +Throwing random objects like a baseball pitcher +You face North Korean soldiers. Instead of Russians or Arab terrorists like other War games. +You got... Aliens, too. I won't spoil. +The game turns into Halo for a while as a Wonderful Surprise. +Computers now should be able to handle Crysis 1, unlike the old days where it was a meme: "BuT cAn It RuN cRySis????" 10/10. Worth the experience and revisits afterwards. DRM-free here with the installer. Enjoy it anytime you want without internet if you ever have connection issues.

Morrowind is the BEST Elder Scrolls game to date. Everything you do has a skill progress bar - including walking, how likely you hit an opponent with a sword (like a dice roll in RPGs), and how likely your spells work. Thus said, Morrowind is grindier than Skyrim and Oblivion. This is why Morrowind is better! It Oblivion and Skyrim, combat got realistic. You had to simply aim your fireballs, and watch how big of a spell you used or else youll run out of magicka to use and wait for it to recharge. In Oblivion, that's the same. In MORROWIND... it DOESNT recharge. You had to think like a mage and find the recipe or a place to buy restore magicka potions to keep you safe! I can go more into it - but simply Morrowind is better. Once you select the right skills for your intended class and find the right faction to associate with and place you want to live for a while... you'll know what I mean. Morrowind doesn't get stale cause of how mod friendly it is and how much bigger and more complicated it is to the other games. But who am I kidding? They're all basically worth playing (idk about Redguard or TES1. Theyre so old. Dos and early PC games.) Morrowind > Oblivion > Skyrim > Daggerfall Unity (Play all of these.) Then: Fallout New Vegas > Fallout 3 You will be free to be whatever role you observe in each of these. These are CRPGs at their absolute Best. Forever Memorable.
BUT! Don't get me wrong! AVP1 Classic is Incredible. You can play as either Aliens, the Predator, or a Marine. The main draw of these games are basically: +You want to see how scared you'll get with Aliens jumping at you from the dark cause they are incredibly fast. +You want to "toy" with your prey as the Predator with tons of weapons and tools it uses +You want to see how fast you can do hit-n-run attacks as an alien as you run across ceilings and scurry around with a tiny health bar. These^^^ are the only reasons you'll enjoy this game. Graphics are outdated, you may want to play at a lower resolution, monitor hz, and fps. It'll takeover your multi-monitor setup when it goes Fullscreen - whatever. It's worth it for the horror fps it provides. Also, fix ALL your keybinds. It helps you enjoy the game in the end.
Get the offline installer and play this. The World is smaller than Far Cry 3's giant islands but it's still great. I haven't played this in a while but you are in Africa trying to either negotiate a peace deal between 2 factions before chaos breaks loose. You get Malaria, and regularly get a simple sidequest to get Malaria pills because it will make your Character Dizzy. Guns are great. Sounds are great and impactful. You have the G3, Mac-10, Aks, etc. You unlock weapons a lot faster than in FC3. You have a simple character selection screen at the start that -- I assume, gives you a different passive boost during any run you got. It's nothing but a skin selector tbh. It changes your hand skin color that you see holding your guns - that's basically it. Anyways, it's the precursor to Far Cry 3 when you HAD to climb towers to unveil the map. In FC2 you simply have to clear the map of rebel groups. There's desert regions, rocky cliffside clearings, dense jungle areas, rivers with jungle trees dangling above, small african villages, typical firefights in the distance you'll run into. You have safezones where you spend ingame money on new guns and upgrades. It "found itself", or its identity, in Far Cry 2. Far Cry 1 is much simpler of an FPS in hindsight.

If you love Slime Rancher 1, you can enjoy it on gog. The dlcs for the game you find on steam are 1 new cosmetic skin for each slime you find. You won't miss out on: new tools, regions, house upgrades, ranch expansions, new slimes - everything is available except for 1 new skin per slime you normally find on the Secret Styles dlc, and the ost dlc on steam. Those are the only 2 dlcs available on steam. The developer for some reason didnt add dlcs to gog, but they're likely focusing on SR2 or SR3 atm. Just go on yt for the ost tbh, and you can enjoy the real treat: The offline installer which is worth more than 1 small cosmetic dlc worth $2 on steam. [p.s. if they add more dlcs on steam and not here, I'll gladly just say look at my review and consider it 1-3 Stars. 3 stars if its more cosmetic skins and nothing of substance, and 1 star if they add actual content to make you feel incomplete owning this Fine Game on GOG!]

You WILL love this if you played F.E.A.R Platinum. Slow time? Yes. Invisibility? Yes. Dual wielding? Yes. The Combat is visceral, Weapon sounds are loud impactful and forceful, dialogue from humans are like the Crimson Lance from BL1 (military comms), metal music during ambushes/swarms, storys the bare minimum BUT think of it like Far Cry 1... it had mutants in it but just for the sake of having variety of fun enemies to fight. No ADS (like FEAR), stealth (really just for flanking and disintegrating black ops soldiers in the head from behind) You unlock AMAZING cheats that add FUN replayability for the second playthrough (if your 1st playthrough is on Hard) You have tons of difficulty options (some probably only possible with cheats unlocked) There's zombies... akin to halo and L4D boomers and spitters (acid) that are scary, some tanky, and some will swarm you. Checkpoint system... but it's reasonable. I'd say 1 per new room you visit. You won't be set back too far and can approach a boss fight/ swarm from another angle with ease. Its fun EVERY TIME you respawn to refight a room. Its THAT DANG FUN. It's worth it for FULL PRICE. Play this now. Shadows and effects could be taxing on your system if you had fps drops... but I'm on a gtx 1060 6gb/ i7 (old but reliable tanky rig) and everything is on Very high except shadows and effects and it looks good. Dont be picky. This is a true successor to FEAR 1 (which also didnt look great in ~2004 big deal-- it had good horror, scary ai, and fun firefights = thats all we needed to feel a good adrenaline rush) Summary: If you love FEAR, Halo CE, fighting L4D zombies, Far Cry 1, Crysis 1 and Warhead (1st levels = the Predator level), John Wick, or Half Life 1/2s cheat modes (gravity gun).... ....you WILL love the savage bloody combat in Trepang2 !!! So enjoy being a supersoldier and DEFINITELY let lose when you unlock the cheats.
