Decent game with nice premise. Starcraft meets capture the flag or something like that. There is no real resource control for the human army, except for ammo packs and battle point crates. On the lower levels the game can be reasonably enjoyable to play and it has a nice level of novelty. If you liked Starcraft and similar Sci-Fi RTS games, this should give you quite a thrill. [Regarding the game's difficulty levels] However.... The so called difficulty level is ridiculous. A major problem is that the alien arm has no resources, accounting, morale or any other disadvantages. On the hardest level, this can make the game almost impossible to play. The antics of the alien army border into magic with almost non-existent cooldowns for their special abilities, etc. You'll have a burrowed hive appear right under your solders and a superspammed team of snipers appear out of nowhere with no delay....I had no idea I was playing a fantasy/magic game. On top of that, there is a major problem with game balance as the developer has deemed it neccessary for the alien (entirely biological) army to be able to clone and reproduce everything the human army has including soldiers, weapons artillery cannons...you name it. You often be constant harrassed by super-spammed shielded guardmen, snipers or whatever. There is also the haphazard ability to secure control points. You could have the finest selection of defenses and a small group of shielded alien clone soldiers has just walked through your defenses like they aren't there. I completed the game on the hardest level after several hundred hours and rather than any satisfaction, it was more an exercise in frustration and a feeling that my time could have been better spent. I do have high hopes for the next generation of the game, if there is a way to improve game balance and playability on the higher difficulties.
