I mean, this could be an in-game feature. Why sell it this way? It's awkward at best.
Took me about 50 hours of gameplay to conclude this game campaign (DLCs included). It would be faster if I haven't found some bugs. I like the game over all but it really need some bug fixes to receive a 5 stars review. Basicaly art and story are interesting and well made. Gameplay its a bit slow but engaging. Only real problem are the bugs. In some rare times units get stuck not dying. They just stick there poluting the screen and your map. Sometimes saves does not work even automatic ones. I experienced most of this problems in Operation Eagle and Rusviet Revolution DLCs. There was even a scene where a train was show without its skin. Its a promissing game who just need some more polishing. For that I can only give it a 4 star. I cant say much about the multiplayer aspect but I believe it can be interesting if all this bugs are addressed.
I had just finished X-Morph Defense campaign and saw this demo created by the same studio. I must say I'm not disapointed. Its just a prologue for sure but its as fun and well implemented as a finnished product. EXOR Studios are proving to be solid game developer. I'm pretty happy to see a new and fun RTS game on the market.It does not really need a good review because its free. You can just download it and try it by yourself.
I'm a old school starcraft and warcraft player. Have played many tower defense maps but I must admit this is the first tower defense focused game I played. And I'm very happy to have buyed it. The game has a very well written campaing, nice visual and entertaining gameplay. I definetly recommend it to anyone interested.
I truly liked this game. Not only because of it's well told history but has a entertaining gameplay. The campaing maybe consider a little short but I'm afraid its just me wanting to play it more. As a 2012's release the graphics are outdated to today standards but its not less fun to play. I found some small bugs but nothing worth mention or able to prevent progress during the campaing. Tutorial could be better but controls are not hard to learn. Gameplay is very fluid and you can slow motion the action any time and stack actions for Arkail and Styx allowing you to use multiple kinds of tatics. Progression and economy are well balanced. You loot gear from chests and sacks througth the game or by buing it from vendors when they are available. As a casual player, I had only played it in normal dificulty and i found some good challenges on the way. But nothing a regular player with a little patience can't handle. All and all I consider it a good addition to my collection and recommend it anybody considering to buy it.
