Playing Oblivion brings back so many fond gaming memories. I still get a kick out of the Patrick Stewart voice overs. Still.

Played the original 40 some years ago on my old Apple IIc ... this version is just breathtaking and really makes me weep with joy every time I play. So pretty. And built right on top of the original Apple II codebase to boot ! Wow .... just wow.
The dungeon is bland as hell + a heaping dose of RNG + a horrendous UI = refund city
Astounding world-building, spellbinding writing, fascinating caravan management, BUT - the combat stinks. Please devs, improve the combat system, it is horrible beyond belief !
After more than a decade, this near-masterpiece was released to critical acclaim and incline ! The Neanderthal continues to work tirelessly on The Manual in his Bunker. We can only dream of a DLC !
