I own and have played most of the games in this deluxe edition; I can highly recommend the official NWN expansions Shadows of Undrentide and Hordes of the Underdark in particular as a great place to start. Both games can be played with the same player character and support multiplayer if you'd like to play with friends. Kingmaker (which is included with the base game) is short but another great game. You can take the same player character thru Kingmaker and into Darkness over Daggerford and then into Tyrants of the Moonsea. I truly can't recommend these 3 highly enough; only drawback is they are all single-player only. On top of these great modules there's stuff I'm excited to play but haven't gotten to yet - Witch's Wake and Infinite Dungeons in particular. In addition to owning all these great official modules you'll gain access to free player-made modules; I'm looking forward to playing the well-reviewed fan module The Prophet (supports multiplayer) and have put some time into Swordflight, which boasts 150+ hours of gameplay. All of these great games are available today for $6.82; you'd be hard-pressed to find a better deal on the near-unlimited amount of gameplay this deluxe edition offers.
