It has nice artwork, and a typical JRPG music score that isn't too irritating. On the other hand, there is no manual. And finding info online is not easy, and most of what I can find seems to be other people's guesswork. And while it's nice that they include a patch that gives you 5 character bonus items to boost your stats, why not 6 of them, since your party consists of 6 people, not 5. Then there is the so called "Dungeon of Trials", the newbie starter area. I took my brand new team inside to complete the guild's level 1 quest to kill some kobolds, and I run into enemies that poison my characters, who don't have any antidote spells or potions, and die while running for the stairs to town. And yes, I did make sure to actually enter the correct newbie dungeon. So, yeah, I didn't realize that this game only plays in impossible difficulty.
