Side-scrolling comic book game
My biggest complaint's probably gotta be the fact that the game'll go into 3D at certain sections, as the game's at its best during its 2D sections (and it can even be a bit jarring to swap from style to style)
The shooting and stealth sections can get boring and repetitive, especially with the amount of QTE's they cram in there, but the tension brewing from the narrative is palpable.
The characters at times could be hard to tell apart from one another though, due to lighting and for most a lack of unique designs and often didn't have much time spent developing them much further past what their mission was in the overall plot, which makes it hard to care when the game tries to tell you it's a tragedy that a certain character dies.
The artstyle and direction, thematically, is what sells this game and on that I'm mostly sold but the game's far from perfect and definitely could have improved in certain areas (like maybe letting me turn off controller vibrate)
Would recommend if it was a "pick your own adventure" sorta comic, you're big on comics, art and story telling or if you're into side scrolling adventure
