I really , really really hate this game. Dont get me wrong, its not a bad game but its difficulty comes from platforming which I absolutely hate, and it really is difficult. The art is beautiful, but dont let it fool you, this game is NOT for kids under any circumastances. I give it 3 stars cause im trying to be subjective , the games not bad I repeat. But I hate it, its probably the worst experience I had the last 20 years of gaming.
Stands the pass of time, one of those hidden gems you will be able to play even 20 years from now. Not too hard, not too easy, badass MC.. Beat em up + car fights, what else do you want?!
A good game, if you liked the original you will - without doubt - like this one better. They even went through the trouble to name the protagonist and enchance the story overall, among other gameplay and graphical updates. Definetely worthy of respect to the devs.
Very skill based game, ahead of its era on almost ever aspect except...enemy variety unfortunately. The graphics are something you will definetely not except of a game of 2001
Good art, good soundtrack (for me at least) , good story BUT a bit too much cryptic, which I discourage generally. Also the protagonist, while he has an identity, is silent. Which is the reason I took 1 star away. The combat system is quite simple, and the game difficulty is around 6/10 id say. Im quite pleased with my purchase.
Title says it all. Perfect for players who dont want or cant put any effort to game....to put it bluntly VERY newb friendly, you can finish the whole game first try without dying. The areas are absolutely beautiful and dark, the characters adorable and the story like a sweet fairy-tale. Whole-heartedly suggest you to give it a try.
This game gets more hate than it deserves. Took me 5 hours to 100% finish it more or less. Its fun, sort, bubsy is coolish-cute if such a word even exists...the game has a couple of bugs it could fix, but nothing too crazy. The only problem is that its overpriced, so I suggest you buy it on discount like I did. HF!
Ok ill start with the positive. * The game is very casual friendly, which is a good thing, there are no extra difficulties to wound your ego or vex you, you are practically immortal (not sure how good that is) and you will never see the game over screen. * The art is great and ahead of its time, I really enjoyed it and it will most likely never need a remake Unfortunately this is where the positive things end. Lets go to the negative now * Combat, the games combat is mediocre in the least, you are immortal like I said earlier which kinda takes the little fun it has out of it. You enter in some sort of rpg duel everytime you encounter an enemy so dont expect much * Story, the story ends in a cliffhanger, big, huge fat red flag, definately taking a star away from it for this. * Like the title says, the game is strictly a parkour acrobatics game, with some duels to add some spice. * Lastly but not least, its a ubisoft game, so by default its -1 star.
One of the most beautiful games ever made from artistic perspective. The gameplay is nice and fluid as well, doesnt burn you with too many collectibles and stuff. The story is touching and sweet, and props to the developers for not milking the franchise even though they could, big respect for that. Lastly but not least, Ori is just......CUTE! Cant wait for the next game these devs will make.
