It looks like there's some interesting foundations here, but it's way too easy to get a broken combo. By allowing players to cut their deck down to 8 cards, getting an infinite loop of stealth cards is extremely easy. After a couple of rings, I could kill any enemy without them ever playing a card, by simply rotating Finesse. Stealth seems pretty broken in general - as far as I understand, any card with stealth is a free play with no downsides. I enjoy getting broken combos once in a while, if they require a good amount of both skill and luck to assemble. This one did not.
I love the idea of what Evil Genius wanted to be. Unfortunately, it failed. The controls are strange and unintuitive, the AI is rather Buggy. The game is playable, but as soon as a certain level of advancement is reached, it becomes frustrating to command your minions. It's a pity, it could have been a great game.
