This game was free today and I was especially careful not to click it and not have woke crap tainting my library. If it wasn't bad enough already how clear this is a agenda backed "game", 1.5 hours gameplay tell you the rest. This is but pushing agendas, which I won't classify, (but you can imagine my opinion) in gaming, they forget that games are supposed to be incredible and interesting and not dull and a (moral) chore.
I love JA, but wildfire is merely a remake of JA2, a modded half official build that only ever created confusion to players for what version to play...
This game has been around in abandonwware and floppy disk / disquete for decades. I've played it many times but I will end up buying the GOG version because every time I emulated DOS or even used "386" computers, the SC2000 crashed, crashed and freeze! And YES, in the past crashing and freezing were our regular problems but usually it was playable! GOG great work is that they take the time to test if thing work!!!
It's true it looks terrible. But I tried to start it once and I was hooked till the end. What a great game and a worthy companion to JA2. Humble start and weapons for a complex journey despite its crap DOS game look, its great.
I'am surprised Blizzard allowed this here, but GOG is IMO its true home. Diable is old and wont be perfect in many things, Diablo 2 perfected that. But Diablo also has something D2 doesnt, and sometimes for a small run it can be even better. Expect a hard game with a lot of pixels but also one of the best for lans, support gog for getting this classics for us!
