...an absolute classic 10/10.

Krush Kill 'N Destroy Xtreme

Feels like a Spin off of the original CC

So I played the game, lots of unit spamming, but the interface is extremely comfortable, and quite intuitive as well, so it feels a lot like the original C&Cs albeit with a great soundtrack, less menial labor, and a cool setting and story line, I personally liked the toning down of militarism through very critical and satiric humor through the campaign, like when the computer next to the briefing cam indicates that flamer tanks are like regular tanks albeit with less than half the range, while making them sound like a consumer product for making marshmallows. So all in all, a must for any RTS fans, but not really for people who'd rather play a more modern RTS, and strangely good for casual players too as the simplicity of the game makes it easy to pick up and leave at any given moment. So yeah, good game, hope you enjoy it, also download the great soundtrack for an extra nostalgia shock right in the FEELS!

Act of War: Gold Edition

A Must for any urban warfare fans.

Well, to begin with, I would say this game has a departure of the traditional Rock-Paper-Scissors gameplay style, this can be seen as Gunships can engage AA units and beat them if manoeuvred correctly, or Tanks can actually crush infantry and even AT units if used well, defensive structures can actually target multiple units with varying degrees of accuracy, lethality and saturation, and base static defenses don't require multiple buildings but actually upgrades and unit combinations, buildings are interactive and allow for diverse and dynamic clearing methods, rather than just a unit with the "clear building ability" and destroyed civilian or garrisoned buildings may continue to be in your way after destroyed as unusable ruins that will have an effect on you path, forests, swamps and bushes can be used to set up ambushes, and units abilities allow for interesting and diverse combinations, also, limited resources will have you questioning if unit spamming is the way to go, superweapons are no longer invincible unless destroyed, but can be countered with specialized units or structures that allow for countermeasures against superweapons, something that C&C lacked, fire support units are varied and you'll have a keen interest on keeping them alive as more experienced units will allow for better results compared to larger numbers that can be easily coutered with enough artillery and splash damage, while methodical and often surgical strikes, can have crippling effects on the enemy's defenses, the game allows for you then, to beat it with a handful of units provided and does not force you to use a specific unit in general to accomplish any given mission, but will offer advice on how to counter evolving threats, par example, in C&C tanks were the absolute worst against any type of infantry, so place enough AT infantry and you're done, here AT infantry has to get some form of cover, or focused tank fire will rip them to shreds otherwise, so mind your playstyle and enjoy!
