Game is quite annoying my 1st minutes was very positive i literally feeled like SHADOWRUN game than woman started yapping at me and could not stop yapping game throw this annoying torturial at me that is very patronizing and does not make me feel good about playing it after it i m introduced to secret agents working all in same office xD, like 8 people end shot because anarchist group could not make work from home policy Cute girl sacrifice herself to protect this annoying yapping old hag... game have milion difficulty options and i prob needlessly took expert... game is not hard, you just need to focus on objective and know which character do what and move how...dlc characters didnt helped me make informative decissions i hate how i must actively hack cameras instead of just having it automatic... i hate how weak are my characters when things heat up pls make this old hag stop talking colorblind settings are nice to have :) half of the abilities feels so weak they are outright unusable this game made me miss XCOM EW and Shadowrun...it does not have enough fun also Dopamine levels per minutes on this game are terribly low, 20 minutes and i was thinking i already hit 1 hour of recording...i don't wanna play it anymore, chimera squad give better satisfaction from sneaking
i used to love this game if you get hooked at 1st playthru its amazing if you lose/delete save and want to return its terrible not to mention game have tendency to endlessly respawn enemies making basic jobs very tedious generally speaking i wish it could be better game, but its not bad i wish i could replay it without being bored to death or wanting to quit due to tediousness
This game is pretty solid all things consider i personally hate it, but gog review limit makes it hard on me You face good looking, nice gameplay RPG full of colors :) Characters are designed with modern thinking in mind, you will never face woman that is weak or white man that is good - i wish i could make it up or if it would be my only complain almost every lady in this game looks UGLY, excluding maybe 1 lady from monarch that yeah have pink hair and must be someone self-insert nearly every female character feels like self-insert, especially Ellie - super space pirate without bad ending (unless you kill her) Whats my biggest problem with the game? FLAT STORY 1 Year Epic Exclusive 2 times remaster Outer Woke here to tell us that Woman can be competent and corporations are bad i have love/hate relationship with the game, i think its fun to play from time to time, but im seeing red when i do Dialogues Base game is solid package, but lets focus on the DLC Eridanos allow you to powercreep out of your mind and get level 36 plasma rifle 3.0 at level 5 (you need skip sidequests and jump fences, i can get it in 20 minutes) Who killed on Eridanos? WHITE MALE that you can not meet xD ofc... i like this DLC and outside of final boss that technically can be killed via arena damage (but you still deal damage to it in combat) can be do as full pacifist Gorgon DLC - best dlc for this game, almost matching something like Dead Money in FNV with worse story and less intrigue, but its great exploration in gorgon is a bit frustrating as entire area feel very restricted and corridor heavy Choices in this DLCes barely do anything and its very disconnected from main story you can't even show Veronica tapes to get passive bonus or anything like this and only power you have is from powercreep DLC items Alpha protocol, Tyranny, Kotor 2 and New Vegas are all better games THIS IS HOWEVER best version of outer worlds you can legally buy and DRM free 2x less requirements than remaster :)
Original Publisher is called Project Three Game was made by 3D people i still have ancient original CD with the game in foreign language most likely in my parents old house in attic xD Games farm just swep in with money and corporate acquisition to sell you your nostalgia its funny how all their actual games can't even come close to Artistic or fun if you take a look at Steam Page, it looks like games farm became not just publisher, but also developer, damn time machines and video games? Game is pretty solid ARPG, good for fans of classic games and one of few Female protagonist games that was enjoyable for me you know why they gave away their Sequel instead of this one? because this is actually worth buying xD
