I have to add a new review, it's now 2022 and I'm still playing this game (and I tested the game at Atari in 2001), and the game is just getting better and better. And the things people can do with NWNX:EE adds all kind of new fun for builders running their own Persistent Worlds or just action servers. Graphical enhancements are still coming to the tilesets and general graphics. From the Neverwintervault community website: https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwnee/images/texture/pbr-hd-override-textures-mines-and-caverns https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwnee/hakpak/tileset/ancient-temple-pbr https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwnee/images/texture/coastal-sand-and-grass-textures-fancymaps-pbr

I've been playing this game at least a few months out of the year, every year, since it came out in 2002. It is the most fun and best money spent if you like CRPGs (or straight RPGs, since it DOES have a DM client) and DnD, playing amazing fan made modules or making your own. http://Neverwintervault.org is where to get the most out of your purchase from GOG. Neverwintervault has the full patches for the game for proper functionality, the latest (heck, just about all) the community content you can play with in Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2 on the net, as well as unbelievable community support for anyone playing the game. There is even an unofficial patch project fixing bugs for content, models, and scripts in the game. Check it out! Short or sprawling playable Modules, persistent world servers to play with others, new models and tilesets for building, hak files for new content, scripts, community forums, it just goes on and on (and on...)! And new featuers are still being added by NWNX (extender) as well as re-enabled multiplayer support!
