As the title says, this is the best game of the year so far in my opinion. I'm having the "play game, look up in horror to realize how late it is" effect for the first time in a long time playing this. The only two complaints I have are that I wish the combat animations were more realistic and cleaner and that the campaign was more in depth. This is one of the few games I've ever pre-ordered that I did not regret it.
While this game is simple in concept, in execution this game has more heart and soul than any game that has come out in a long, long time. Graphically it is a beautiful game and the controls are (mostly) simple and intuitive. In my opinion this game approaches being a true work of art and I would recommend it to anyone.
