Army Men II

Surprisingly fine

I actually managed to finish this one legitimately. The only annoying part (and the reason this isn't a 5-star review) is that your squad have collision and if you have a full squat (12 soldiers I think) you can get trapped between them. I don't care enough for multiplayer to even consider the fact that it may or may not be working, this review is solely about the single player campaign.

Factory Town

I'm about done here

I'm not going to sugar coat this by listing the stuff this game does right. I'm going to, instead, talk about a few annoying points that sorely need imrpovement. - Faster production: Somehow even with fully staffed (and fully boosted) buildings production just doesn't go much faster than a snail. This is aggravating on buildings like the medicine hut and the pasture and the kitchen. I can't get items done fast enough and there never is enough citizens available to just double the production with a second building. - Higher tier research books require too much: I really can't see the logic behind me needing to make half a map worth of harvesters and refineries making random items solely dedicated to crafting a single book, I put up with that for longer than I should have. Just make higher tier books require higher amounts of the tier 1 materials (leather, paper, etc...) instead of ten random items I could be selling for coins and to keep happiness high. Those are my biggest complains, I could go on and on about other things but the review has a limit on how much I can write. It is an enjoyable game but it get needlessly complicated.

Ghost Master

Just no

After spending one hour and a half in the hospital level trying to get the cheating doctor into the morgue without success (because his AI simply REFUSES to go in there and if I manage to teleport him there through ghostly powers he just immediately leaves) I just tapped out. I like older games because they're creative but sometimes developers make them absurdly frustrating, don't get me wrong, a challenge is fun but I'm not getting my money's worth with absurdity like this.
