I can definitely see an improvement over the last graphically. The dev is very good at music composure and has a bright future from that alone. There is an issue with the text going off screen, if this happens to you just check the scale on your PC is set to 100% while playing the game. Settings / System / Display / Scale and Layout and then it works fine.
