Ghost Song

What a beautiful game!

Very entertainig. Fantastic graphics, sound and atmosphere. Heavily influenced by Super Metroid in the best way possible. I heard some say it is very hard. They probably never played NES games. I disagree. I could defeat most bosses in just a couple of tries. The alien environment is absolutely beautiful. and rich in every detail. Gorgeous. I love the strange sounds the creatures make. They feel organic, real... Sometimes cute and funny, sometimes even sick and disgusting, and they fully transmit the sensation of something alien and alive. My only suggestion would be, please, add the names of the areas to the map, and a couple more fast travel robots in key places. That's it. Other than that the game is great as it currently is. Extremely recommended if you are into Metroid like games. To the developers: Thnak you, I loved your game. I would also surely pay for some extra content to find out answers to some in game remaining questions (not all of them, cause having some mystery is also a good thing), and to know the back stories of some important characters.

Legacy of Kain™ Soul Reaver 1&2 Remastered

An eternal jewel.

This is more than a game: is art. I don't know if newer generations will be able to fully grasp it, but this is one of the best games ever made. Period. This remaster is a work of love, and it should be respected and rated as such. The only thng that could have made it even better, is having the restored content integrated to the game. To be able to fight Turel and the Priestess using the existing recorded dialogues. Turel would have escaped alive, to respect the established cannon... That would have beed incredible! Anyway, I am eternally grateful to evryone that made this dream come true. I'm looking forward to buy the rest of the games redone if it ever happens. And hey, having seen this level of quality, I fully trust them to make a remake or even new game for the franchise. Magnificent job, and thank you for truly listening to the fans.

Blasphemous Digital Deluxe Edition

Like Unworthy, but with the lights on

If you played Unworthy, you'll notice immediately that this is game is very, very similar. Not in its controls or pace, but very much in script and atmosphere. I couldn't help feeling this was Unworthy with the lights on! The good: • Incredibly nice graphics. • Agile gameplay. • Awesome art. • Really fun if you like Metroidvanias. • Fatalities! (and many nice little gore touches!) The not so-good: • Small things that are still to be polished (but I'm sure they will fix them later, so it's not a big deal) The outright bad: • For a game that is totally based in Spanish tradition, culture and art, with its main script written in Spanish first, it is perplexing that it has no Spanish audio! That is defintitely a big flaw! If you are making a Spanish themed game, then why on Earth do you not include Spanish audio !!? Being a Spanish native speaker, I totally see and understand how this game would greately benefit from having Spanish audio included.
