Idle well workers killed this game for me. Had a well right next to the shack of the guy working the well, and he just hung out at home all day, never producing any water. Built several other wells for vagrants (pops w/o houses), so they lived at the well site, and still did not produce any water. Can't get past the technical issues to enjoy or even fully play the game.
