The game as is (03.2020) is fun to play, but some functions and mechanics are hard to grasp/understand. 1. Auto-Dock at stations is more than needed. 2. More Ship Variety is badly needed. 3. Moddability is needed for the long-term future 4. Mechanics around the rpg-leveling part of the captain has to be redone (crew is alright, but captain doesn't seem to level up at all) 5. Ships seem like not agile enough to really get out of the way of enemy attacks, you have to rely on shields or fast "spinning" in space.. 6. an information about new quests on which station in which sector would be nice, as is, you have to travel around all sectors to check that part for yourself.
I like this game very much. It is a bit hard if you want to go straight throught, but you always see, where you are standing with Enemies (except that bad multiple-Eyeish-thing south of first island). I like the concept of fast leveling and character developement. I just find it a bit sad, that equipment doesn't have such a big influence on the chars. Otherwise very great design-concepts.
This is THE Fallout experience. Wanna go storymode or directly full enclave-armor right from first town? Both possible. Choices, Humor(Partially black)good fights and perks & skills, this one is the best feeling of them. After 22 years you just have to ignore the graphic downside...
Imho the best paradox has to offer, from all series provided. If you haven't taken a look until now, do it here. Did you ever want to unite germany under the flag of austria? Now you have the chance! Did you ever want to build the great capitalistic china, which is an industrial superstate till 1874? Yes, possible. You have to manage your chosen Country through the post-napoleonic-times. With a view for technology, armies and the world market. If you want, you can also grab a piece of the african or alaskan cake as territory.
...a nice playing experience of a moral-free harvest moon/stardew valley in the vicinity of a graveyard. For me (Sim-, Strategy-Lover) it's a lot of fun till now, who wouldn't want to eat that human-steak? ;-) Not experiencing bugs till now, it's a little bit on the grinding side with resources, but as there are hints of a zombie/skeleton workforce, it seems i'm just not there yet. What could make this game better still?: more efficient/fun grinding, maybe a bit longer day/night and i still hope one can make use of an automated source of grind via zombies/skeletons, if they just reduce the grind, without giving fun while doing so, i'm not quiet sure i'm into it.
