This is the old version of this game, there is actually a remaster made in the style of Intravenous 2 availeble here on GOG. The game plays as a mix between hotline miami and stealth mechanics. You have to sneak around or be very good at aiming. Everything you do in this game makes a sound, corpses leave trails, and opened doors can trigger a search from the guard. The story resembles something inspired by "the punisher" where our hero takes on local drug gangs to get revenge for the killing of his brother. As a indie title, this is a very competent game in this style and genre.
Cyberpunk had a bad launch at release due to bugs and the game being kinda unfinished. I bought and played this game on the release of the Phantom Liberty expansion and I regard that as the games actual release. I was happy that I waited. This game is polished with the same care for details that CDPR has given to their other hit title; The Witcher 3. The characters are well written, varied and deep and dark. Like in Witcher, there is an emphasis on not having characters and missions where there is a black and white morality. Even some bad guys can be sympathized with. The setting is based on the table top RPG with the same name made by Mike Pondsmith, which I was unfamiliar with when I played this. A cyberpunk is someone who rebels against injustice from either an government, a mega corporation or both set in a futuristic world where the technology is advanced. The game takes place in Night city, a free market city with a lot of crime and corruption which gives the cyberpunk the tools he need, be it tools for hacking computers and terminals or cybernetic implants for anti corpo terroism or mercenary work. You will make and customize your own character and choose a background which can be either a street kid, a nomad - a smuggler roaming the desert as a free man, or a corpo - an counter intelligence guy for Arasaka corp. The graphics are good. This is technically a nvidia geforce tech demo, although it plays well on AMD too which is what I used. The FSR upscaler is an 3.0, not 3.1 which is the better version (maybe due to some deals with Nvidia) but I found the Intel one very good. On the highest setting this is still one of the best looking games you can play even by 2025 standards. It not just the graphics but also the city itself, the cyberpunk aestethics along with the neon lighting and ray tracing makes this my favourite city to roam around in. I recommend this heartily. It surprisingly has a lot of replayability for some reason, the gameplay is fun.
This is a kagura games published title. It is expected that you install the free unrated patch which you can find here on gog's site/galaxy which turns this game into a NSFW game. This game uses the same RPG maker aestethic that we have gotten used to. Let's talk about the negatives first. The game looks great until you enable full screen which make the image look a little less sharp. It looks good but I expect more from a 2023 title. Full screen is accessed by pressin the F1 button. The sound quality is probably the worst part of the game, the volume control is found on the ingame menu screen's item - key item tab. You can adjust it there but it will revert back on occasion, it lower the volume on some of the games music but not all of it, strange. Pressing the F1 also allows you to mute the game by unchecking the boxes for BGM and SFM. Game is keyboard only and holding CTRL will speed up dialogue. This is a corruption game, an archetype in this kinds of games where the protagonist, who is often someone of a pure heart for contrast is corrupted and turned into an pervert. The protagonist undergoes a transformation towards depravity and this game offers a very slow and gradual process, which I like. I like the art style, Leticia is a cutie and the perverts in the port town become kinda charming as you progress the story. It does not hand you all the NSFW scenes on a platter immediately and is part why I give this game high rating. The x-rated scenes are really good and spicy which ranges from groping to exhibitionism, bartending, prostitution etc. The corruption gameplay takes place in the port-town itself, but the Sea gods temple is where you do combat. The combat is good and deep. You need to level up your character and choose appropriate classes and builds for each layer of the trial. A warrior class with regenration or an agile thief that apply status etc. You choose. Engrams can be added to weapons and armor to change their properties. Give it a try.
As the title says this is a slice of life NSFW hentai game. You are supposed to install the free patch you'll find here at GOG to unlock the adult content so my review assumes that you did that. This follows the life of a girl named Yukata who is a tomboy and a bit simple. She is known in the village for having discovered a hidden and lost shrine in the forest. After her summer vacation she returns to town as a young curvy woman and all the villagers take advantage of her silly and frivoluos personality. This is a corruption game where the main character and the villagers change over time in the course of the game to become more perverted and daring. The scenes are quite nice. The starts of simple being very boob focused but eventually other fetishes and kinks are unlocked. The characters are likable and the music is ok for this kind of RPG maker style of game. The gameplay will have you explore the village and the regions around like the mountain region, the town, the beach ect. to experience new scenes and further develop the relationships to other npc's. Being a slice of life game there is no combat here, but also no time mangement aspect. Just a simple fun little h-game. I recommend this game on sale if you are unsure about this, but I enjoyed it.
The game tells the story of Silas Greaves, a bounty hunter as he sits in a saloon telling a story of his life and his mission about finding his brothers killers. It's a short but sweet game set in a old wild west setting with a plottwist to the storyline you'll probably see coming from a mile away. So why do I rate this game so high? It's because it's the best western first person shooter you can buy even to this day because there are so few of these kind of games. And honestly, I know of no other western FPS games other than the other Call of Juarez games, but this is still the best one in the series. Red Dead Redemtion 2 is not an FPS and Hunt: Showdown adds a supernatural elements to it's game so it does not quite feel authentic. Fallout: New Vegas? I think you see my point. This game has excellent sounds from the revolvers and the ricocheting bullet sounds. Music fits the timeline we are in. I recommend a good set of headphones for this to get more immersed. The graphics hold up well. The game had a cel-shade looking visuals when I played it on my playstation 3, and it still holds up now in 2025. The graphics a little bit cartoony, but not too much, the right amount. The game allows new game+ and you have a small skill tree with 3 different type of playstyles. You can be a dual wielder, a long range expert or close range combat guy. You shoot baddies and build up a concentration gauge that allows a slow motion effect to chain kills together to build longer combos which yields more experience points. That's the gist of it. At a sale this game is a no brainer if you like FPS and westerns, get it.
What a nice surprise title. Game looked good on screenshots, and reviews said it plays like a modern F.E.A.R. They were right. The game has similar abilities like bullet time, cloak and a slide that allow you to force enemies to fall over. You can take hostages and throw enemies into other enemies. There are some destructible environments. You can shot some walls and pillars and have debris fall off and paper and dust fill the screen on office levels. The graphics are really good and plays well on most midrange pc's. My gpu is just a AMD RX 6800 and plays this game on maximum sttings. I recommend this game.
It is one of the more wellmade hentai games in the rpg maker genre. The female lead charracters are all voice by VA and there is well made portrait art and artwork of all the important characters. The story is pretty interesting and is well written. The music is also great with a cool heavy metal battle themes that rivals the old final fantasy games. The games story is divided into to paths, the knight arc and the drifter arc where you fail as a knight. The reason why I point this out is because most of the NSFW scenes are encountered there. The only negative aspect to me is that the combat becomes too easy. I wish it was a little harder to make it matter more. But I will still give this a 5 star. Great game of it's genre.
It's a no brainer. If you like rpg's this is for you. But this game is so well made that anyone would get a great experience by playing this. Characters are well written and voice acted. Even npc's have great voice lines and delivery. Story and plot is epic as hell and there are many ways of building a character. Truth is. You've already heard of this game. It doesn't need my endorcement, it's that good.
Good game with an emphasis on strategy from card sequence and understanding the card meta at any given time and knowing when to pass and stop playing cards. Strategies may involve getting your opponent to overcommit, or yourself playing cards to aquire a card advantage. There is now lifetotal or "face" like in eg. magic the gathering or mythgard. It's pointbased, and cards do not attack or function as blockers like in said examples. This game is set in the witcher universe with beautiful card artwork rooted in the witcher games made by cd project red, mainly the witcher 3 game. There is enough flavor for any fantasy nerd. New cards are added regularly, there have been multiple expansions up till now. It's very F2P friendly unlike some other computer cardgames where you have to spend money to get new cardpacks due to "card rotation out of standard" every now and then yearly and similar financial models. You can spend money but the progression without spending any or only very little feels very natural. You can play this and get all the cards by simply playing for FREE and by spending your ingame currency: "scraps" on the legendaries which are the hard cards to get by in terms of rarity.
