I remember when this game came out, I only had the opportunity to play it one year after the release, and it was one of the best horrifying experiences I've ever had with both this franchise and the survival horror genre. It's gruesome and claustrophobics atmospherics made my younger self chill the spine while I was experiencing a better development vision from the original 1996 classic. Years and years after, when I was quite older in 2015, I was happy for finally could play it again on PC and PS4 instead of one port for one platform only, and now, thanks to GOG, I can proudly say that I have the chance of put my hands on a copy for this HD Version that is genuinely my own. Game is excatly as good as it's Steam version, didn't had any problem yet, although I've read few reviews below saying quite different. To be really honest, what not gonna say at all, but a little quite botters me is the lack of extra contect, like soundtrack audio archives, manuals and posters and everything included as extras. Might be a licensing matter, but it's kinda of a bummer for not having those together with the game files. Overall, it's the definitive port you can get from this game now, once it's DRM Free, a true successfull piece from the platform's Preservation Program. Face your fear and play it with No Remorse of dying, over and over again....

One of the greatest hits from the franchise is finally avaible in a very descent fix for the PC port, thanks to Gog iniciative once again! I've never imagined I would be able to really purchase a copy from the original 1998 game for PC that really worked, considering the phisycal media from this is as expensive as my kidneys nowadays, unfortunately. Is the same game and the same port, w; the difference that now it fully works, 100% fixed in every damn thing and w/ controller support! Can't wait to finally play Gog fix for Resident Evil 3: Nemesis!
