Take-Two have enforced a new EULA upon this game that makes those of us who already own it legally unable to play it if we do not agree to these new, horrible rules which include such delightful phrases as "Licensor reserves the right to monitor use of the Software at any time. You may not interfere with such access control measures or attempt to disable or circumvent such security features, and if you do, the Software may not function properly. " This line in the EULA has resulted in this previously offline playable being changed to now requiring a constant internet connection, and that is merely the tip of the iceberg of this new agreement.
