Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition

Good Game, but the bugs can get annoying

It's an RPG. Level a character, complete quests, loot stuff. The controls take some getting used to, but not bad at all. I made it halfway through this game, but had trouble completing a few quests due to bugs. Spent hours doing research trying to fix them, but found myself wasting all that time. The quests weren't critical to completing the story, but still annoying. In any Bethesda game you can fix just about any problem. This one, not so much. Other bugs included not being able to loot certain things and getting stuck in an object. Not the most common, but I found myself quicksaving all the time to combat it. This is also one of those games where you can completely screw up leveling your character. There's no fixing it other than to cheat or start over. I'd recommend following a class guide if it's your first time playing a D&D game. Learning all the mechanics of how combat works and how the talent system works can take quite awhile. Just setting up your character at the start will probably take you an hour. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it's not simple. Don't get me wrong, I liked the game, but there isn't a great database site for information on this game. I got most information from random forum posts and independent guides. I got the game for $5 and it's well worth that price.
