Mechanically flat and boring, narratively plain, predictable and dull (despite all the effort to be sarcastic and satirical), aesthetically oversaturated without style. "It just works" - Todd Howard. Enough said.
The game is trying too hard to be funny to such extent that becoming annoying.
From all angles this game is great.
With harsh release (no thanks to Sony for being hasty) Hello Games keeps their promises and still developing the game and support it's community. With every update and patch the game become better and deeper. Thx for that.
